Whether you can commit to just one event or are ready to dive in as often as you’d like, your involvement will be invaluable. Program Coordinators: Manage the day-to-day operations of our mentorship program, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Confidentiality Officers: Uphold our strict confidentiality standards, safeguarding the privacy of all participants.

Trainers: Lead engaging training sessions for mentors, covering essential topics like trauma-informed care and effective communication.

Support Group Facilitators: Guide group workshops and sessions, fostering a supportive environment for shared healing and empowerment.

Administrative Assistants: Handle crucial administrative tasks, from scheduling to managing records.

Outreach and Community Engagement Volunteers: Promote our program, build valuable community connections, and engage potential participants and supporters.

Helpline Volunteers: Provide immediate, compassionate support through our confidential helpline or chat service.

Resource Specialists: Connect survivors with additional resources and services, such as legal aid and counseling.

Crisis Intervention Specialists: Offer support in urgent situations, ensuring survivors get the help they need.

Evaluation and Feedback Volunteers: Gather and analyze feedback to help us continuously improve our program.

Fundraising Volunteers: Organize and support fundraising campaigns and events, vital for sustaining our mission.

Technology Support Volunteers: Assist with technology needs, from online platforms to virtual meetings.

Volunteer Eligibility:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Pass a background check (includes military history. Those dishonorably discharged are not eligible for our programs)

  • Pass a competency self-assessment test

  • Live in San Diego County

  • Review Confidentiality Protocols
